CANCELLATION
- Customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
- We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our facility.
- In case of cancellation, before the order has been dispatched, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
- Sign into your account and under MY ORDER find the order number and select the CANCEL ORDERÂ
- CLICK on the items you wish to cancel, choose the REASON of cancellation.
- REFUND will be processed in 2-3 business days.
